Bob has been repeatedly recognized by the industry including leading teams that have won over 40 marketing awards. Bob’s approach to improving brand performance can be summed up in one word “Measurement”. As the most experienced of our marketing consultants, Bob believes great advertising must begin with a clear, informed strategy. Creative executions and advertising is only great if it produces the desired results. Bob’s favourite country to travel to is the next one.

Maintaining a focus on results is Brian’s key role in building our clients’ business.

Having worked in marketing roles across different geographies, Nimisha has honed her skills in increasing leads, analyzing data, and conversion optimization. She ensures our clients are getting fame, found and fans through increasing their visibility on search engines and converting traffic to leads. What separates her from most is her ability to take a holistic view of the business, set the vision and translate that into a set of strong strategic solutions. Her background studying engineering and master’s in management from Queen’s University thought her to balance the logic and data, which is a competitive advantage in the ambiguous and dynamic industry. On her free time, she enjoys trying out new cuisine, painting and spending time with the people she loves.

As a passionate world traveler with a taste for the unknown, Devin is always looking for the next “thing” to stumble upon. Having acquired a Marketing Diploma from Seneca College and a worldly education under his belt, he has most likely seen/heard or experienced something similar to your brand. However, new discoveries are always welcome, and encouraged! If you are looking for a unique perspective for your social media presence online, rest assured this guy will have more than a few ideas to provide your business with. Just don’t ask him how many social media accounts and blogs he’s managed, because he’s lost count of those too.

Digital Marketing intrigues her the most, she enjoys reviewing analytics in order to create smarter marketing strategies. She doesn’t shy away from a challenge and works hard at understanding the mechanics behind a company before improving its marketing. As an expert in search engine marketing, she takes on: keyword research, message testing, pay-per-click advertising and works out the best data-driven marketing messages. Marketing holds a special place in her heart. When not working she enjoys hiking, spending time with friends, family as well as her bird and is fascinated with Psychology.

It is his philosophy that effective automotive retail advertising must be anchored by consumer insights derived from data analysis. He has worked closely with a number of automotive manufacturers, individual dealers and dealer advertising associations in every major region across Canada. During that time, he has repeatedly demonstrated that successful campaigns strike a balance between retail and brand messages to client traffic which ultimately impacts sales.

He’s led the strategy departments in two global ad agencies, is a multi-time award winner, public speaker, and has had his strategic insight published in Strategy magazine. He has created the strategies for companies and organizations as diverse as Toronto Pearson International Airport, Scotiabank, Molson Coors Canada, Corus Entertainment, World Wrestling Entertainment, The Keg, and the Government of Ontario. When he’s not strategizing he’s a competitive runner and serial entrepreneur as the owner of a craft brewery-in-planning, biohacking podcast, and subscription box startup.
